YOUR PLAYER EVALUATIONS ARE DUE OCTOBER 28, 2023

Instructions for completing the player evaluation form

Coaches,
As discussed at the team parent and coach orientation, we need a player evaluation for each of your players so that we can have the best opportunity to have balanced teams for the following year. Please note the importance of your accurate player evaluation which is truly critical and the Region really relies on them to again attempt to best balance each team to make them the most competitive and positive experience as possible.

We are using the AYSO National player evaluations and guidelines.

As a guide:
a perfect player would score a 20 - 25 (this means that the player has no room to grow/develop)
a really good/outstanding player would score between 15-20
an above average player would score between a 11-15
an average player is around 10-12
a below average player would score between 5-10

Form for 6U
Form for 7 U & 8U
Form for 9U & 10U
Form for 11U & 12U
Form for 13U & 14U
