*Refund Policies

Notification must be made to the Registrar for Region 15 via email at [email protected] in order for the notification to be valid.
Refunds cannot be issued after a player has stepped on the pitch for a practice and/or game. 

Fall Season 2023-24

• For notifications up until July 31, the amount refunded will be $22.75 less than the total amount paid for the player's registration fee. This is due to the AYSO Membership and transaction fees that are charged at the time of registration.
• For notifications between August 1st and August 31, the amount refunded will be $72.75 less than the total amount paid for the player’s registration fee.  This includes the AYSO Membership and transaction fees that are charged at the time of registration.
• There will be no refunds for player withdrawal notifications after August 31 or sooner if the player has already stepped on the pitch.
• Refunds could take up to two weeks to be processed so we ask that you please be patient.
  

Returned Check Policy
If your registration payment (check) does not clear our bank, you will be charged a $25 return fee.  If this occurs, your child will be placed on a waiting list until you resubmit the outstanding registration fee and returned check fee.  You will be notified in writing sent certified return receipt via U.S. Mail, and by email to the email provided at time of registration.  Both will contain specific instructions on how payment must be made.
